“Upon arrival to the Charleston place , we were greeted by our names by everyone and friendly and informative information ! It was my husband’s birthday, so what a nice surprise for him ! Our whole stay was , great ! From the service to to rooms ! Comfortable and accommodating! Great location and the lounge -bar , I loved ! Warm and cozy and inviting ! I definitely recommend staying here and will go back ! Thank you to all the staff ! ”

“Amazing hotel, wonderful people and great hospitality.
Everyone made you feel welcome from the second you walked in.
Valet parking guy saved my day - he was so friendly.
People at check-in were all so helpful and kind.
Room was cozy and interior lovely. Bathroom had a great size -loved the shower.
Breakfast basket day 1 was fantastic -a little less great day 2 but still cute and I enjoyed having it delivered to the door.

“This place was amazing. The staff were great. Loved the specialized attention that was provided. It felt like you were coming home to family every night. Loved the wine and appetizers, free full breakfast every morning, nothing was lacking. Liked it was a way from the noise of all the tourist. We will be back. Don’t waste your money on any other place. ”

“Check in was adequate and the room itself and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Over the top comfortable bed. The restaurant across the alley was bustling busy, but the hostess at the hotel assisted in making sure there was a reservation for us as hotel guests. We found a piece of metal wire in our burger from the restaurant. Besides that, the food was pretty good but not very impressive.
