「The View was great! Problems: 1- I had to re-clean the floors/patio. Both sweep and mop. They were filthy. 2- Screen door on patio needs WD 40 or new door. Every opening was like a screeching owl. 3- Pics in ad are deceptive. You actually walk into the only bedroom from the front door Ad picture not clear. 4- Ad says it sleeps 6. Only sleeps 4.. 5- I had to vacuum crusty things from the foldway bed. 6- Patio furniture could use some paint, new pads or replacement. Had to sweep balcony as well to...

「The positives: The location of the property in Coligny area was perfect for walking, biking and access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Our unit faced the ocean; the balcony was perfect. The interior furniture and decor were very nice. Plenty of cookware, serve ware and dishes provided. 「We really enjoyed our stay here! The property is so cute and charming with the Spanish tiles, and the layout is perfect for a couples getaway. The balcony overlooking the ocean was so peaceful, and it was less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. You get access to the resort amenities too so we enjoyed walking to the little restaurant down the beach. One thing I will say - the mattress is super firm, so I had trouble getting a good night's sleep. My partner had no trouble, however. Just be aware...

「My husband and I could not have asked for a better stay for a quick trip to Hilton Head Island. The villa is beautifully decorated, updated, and clean. The villa is on the end so you get extra sunlight through the windows. It’s an easy walk to the beach and bike rentals. We look forward to coming back for another visit! 」

「This newly updated unit is just perfect for a couple…and we also had our small dog with us too. Remodel was very nice, and the screened porch was perfect for an afternoon drink. We enjoyed watching the wild life from the porch including the famous gators, as well as the Osprey nesting across the pond. If there is one thing I would “improve” for the owners, it would be a new living room rug. The current one is a bit worn! Everything else was perfect…thanks for a nice stay.」
