Welcome to your updated top-floor penthouse villa with beautiful partial ocean views and direct private beach access—no streets to cross or long walks, you’re already at the beach!

The villa is accessible via stairs or elevator and sleeps up to 6 guests including children. It features:

• A pull-out sleeper sofa
• Fully equipped kitchen with full-size and small appliances, dishware, and a single-serve Keurig

Very clean & well-furnished condo. Perfect location with great access to the Hilton & direct access to the beach. Bunk beds are very small (smaller than twin beds), but overall just the right amount of space for our family of 4 with 2 boys under 9.

Great place to stay!

It was very clean and right next to the beach, the pools are beautiful and roomy. We loved it so much here, we plan to come back and stay again in the fall. It’s beautifully decorated and communication with the property manager about any questions was quick and efficient. I would give it 5 stars.

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I stayed a little over a week and had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfect location! Loved the easy beach access and the use of the Hilton amenities. I had to call the property manager a couple of times, extremely quick response. Definitely will stay again!

Great view. Small unit but excellently organized with very good storage and supplies. Access to resort was wonderful. Beautiful resort with heated pools. Very comfortable beds (pull out too!) and nice quality linens and bedding.

It was a great 50th anniversary stay at HHI in spite of the weather!

Our 50th anniversary was January 25, 2025. We really enjoy HHI and had fun and ate some delicious food. Our condo was cozy and convenient. We checked in on Friday evening after we went to dinner at Hudson’s. Our anniversary dinner was at Charlie’s. It was wonderful! A great trip for a momentous occasion!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was very clean. It was walking distance to the Cologny Plaza where there are restaurants and shops. Loved having access to the pools and bar/grill. Great private access to beach as well (pay the $27/day for reserved chairs/umbrella). We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Great Hilton Head Condo

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, updated and comfy furnishings. The Hilton property amenities (pool and outdoor service bar) as well as the access directly out on the beach were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Accomodations

Absolutely everything was in fabulous condition and the unit was well appointed. It was immaculate and had all the necessary kitchen ware and appliances to make our stay just perfect. The bunks are a fantastic space saver but only suited for children or smaller adults. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was very clean. The ocean view was beautiful. We sat out on the balcony every morning for coffee. It was an added perk to have beach chairs provided to take down to the beach. Beautiful property!

Amazing location - great view

This property was absolutely stunning. It’s in a great location with a prime view of the beach. The pool amenities are world class. The property manager was kind, responsive and helpful. This is a perfect property for a family with small kids. I will caution that the bunk beds are small and very narrow (smaller than a normal twin) perfect for kids but would be tough for a teen or adult to sleep in.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Great condo, exactly as described. Excellent communication with property manager, everything went very smoothly with check in, check out, and the stay. Some beach gear is available at the property and the Hilton resort access was a great bonus. We were there during the hurricane and this property was excellent… the building had secure covered parking and a backup generator. Very clean, organized, and comfortable for our family of 3… we’re planning on staying here again!
