Welcome to Beauty and the Beach! This fantastic 3 bedroom with bonus loft, 2.5 bath home is a cozy family retreat on Folly Beach. The owners have spared no expense from the luxurious bedding to high-end appliances and lots of electronics from the living room TV to the game room. Only a short, 2.5 block walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach! An ideal location to the best activities Folly Beach has to offer, as well as only 25 minutes to downtown Charleston. This spacious 2600 sq ft home will be a vacation destination you'll want to return to year after year. Pet friendly with fee, maximum 2 pets (dogs only allowed).
First floor includes the kitchen with everything you need to prepare favorite family meals. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, serveware, utensils, small and large high-end appliances, along with granite counter tops. Breakfast bar along with custom dining room table provide ample seating for the entire family. The other half of the first floor includes brand-new couches perfect for relaxing and watching the Hi-Def 60 inch flat-screen TV. The house is conveniently equipped with HBO, Stars and all the sport packages the life-long fan will crave. The sitting room located off of the living room has an awesome over sized chess set sure to entertain the board gamers for hours on the rainy day. First floor is finished off with one half-bath and front-loading washer/dryer.
The second floor has all three bedrooms. The master-suite has a king-size bed, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. New bedding throughout the home will allow you to truly enjoy your vacation and get the relaxing time you deserve. Master-suite has a master bath with walk-in shower, over-sized tub and separate powder vanity with plenty of space to get ready for a night on the town. The other two bedrooms on the floor have queen size beds and share full bath in the hall with shower/tub combo.
The third floor loft and bonus sleeping area will be all about the kids in the family, both young and old. Loft has been completely redone and has new carpet and paint. Two queen size beds grace one side of the top floor, while a fun entertainment area completes the other side of the loft with a flat-screen TV, bean bags, and couch that provides countless hours of enjoyment once the sun goes down.
The exterior includes a wrap-around porch and fully screened in porch on the back of the house. Screen porch has comfortable furniture and will be one of the favorite hang-out spots at the residence. Gas grill is conveniently located on the back porch. Folly's tropical setting flows into the yard as it is filled with citrus trees producing fresh limes and fruits. Two car garage under the house provides ample parking, while also providing space to store all your beach toys and equipment. Two separate outdoor showers with hot and cold water are a great spot to rinse off after a long day on the beach.
House is equipped with Wi-Fi and Direct TV on all three flat-screens. Check-in is at 4:00pm, check-out is at 10:00am. Pet friendly with fee of $125 per pet, plus tax. Maximum 2 pets, dogs only allowed. Sorry but we do not allow smoking at the property or anywhere near the property. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties, youth groups, fraternities, sororities, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. allowed in the home. Property is in a residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance.
