Family and friends can still be together but will have private quarters to retreat to as they wish, since there are separate entrances to each, namly cottage A and cottage B. This is a perfect set up for multi-family. The beach is directly across the street so it's easy access to getting back to for lunches or naptime. Cottage A is elevated and has magnificent views to the ocean both inside and on the upper open air deck. If you prefer no sun exposure, Cottage B is ideal with a screened in porch yet, with visible ocean views too.

Note: These units are only connected by infrastructure, there is no pass through between the two properties you go outside to enter through the front or back doors of each. The beauty is, the blue stone, cafe lit, backyard is a beautiful, private oasis for outdoor dining, grilling or just relaxing with friends and family.
