The second-floor living area features an open concept design with a comfortable sitting space, a 42” flat-screen TV with DVD/Blu-ray, and stunning river views. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for socializing.

The modern kitchen includes all essential appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage space for preparing meals with ease.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1: Queen bed, 36” flat-screen TV, en-suite full bathroom, located on the main floor.

House is in a great location. Just a few minute walk to beach and center street. Small, but nice pool and a great view of the river from the porch.

Excellent Property

This property was beautiful and perfect. We were in the area for a ball game. We came in late and the townhome was completely ready. We had several players that shared the room with single beds and parents had the other room. The property was.alittle expensive, but we enjoyed the stay.

Great location and Property

Excellent location close to many shops and restaurants. Golf Cart rental is a must if you have several kids. Quick ride to the beach or dining. Could walk it if you want to, but wouldn't recommend with several kids. Solid dock that you could use as a day dock if you wanted to keep your boat. Would return!

Very nice and convenient to town and beach

My only complaint would be the furnishings. A little tired. There needs to be more seating in the living area. Perhaps a sectional and a couch. Some of baseboards loose. ( where trash can is). The toilet in master bedroom noisy. Oil for chains on bikes. ( maybe a tool set for bikes). So basically Just little stuff . We had a very nice time and we thank you for letting us check in early. Perfect location!

Walking distance to downtown Folly and the beach. Pool was easy to access, as well as the dock going out to the inter coastal where we caught flounder, stingray, spot tail, crabs and shrimp. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails, bug free.

Condo is all you can ask for

Beautiful sunsets, a quick bike ride or walk to all the restaurants in Folly, what more can you ask for? Plenty of space for our group of 4 but the condo could hold more. We saw dolphins every morning out from the covered patio. Folly Beach is like heaven on earth. Such a fun beach town with hometown stores and beautiful beach homes without tall condos everywhere. My wife has decided we are retiring to Folly in ten years if we can afford it. Highly recommended.

Great Property

My family and I had a great stay at your propety. The house was well stocked and the location was perfect. It was easy to walk to restaraunts, shops and the beach and it was an easy ride to downtown charleston. Our son will be stationed here for the next two years and I'm sure we will visit and rent with you again. I have also recomended it to friends already.

Falling in love with Folly!

We really enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge 123. Folly Beach is so much fun! The location of the condo is perfect! It’s walking distance to the beach and to the main drag of Folly! Great restaurants we loved Loggerheads and Taco Boy! The shops are cool. My kids loved Dulce Banana (ice cream/frozen yogo shop) and it great you can walk there after dinner! Water’s Edge is super easy to find. With everything being walking distance you do not even need to get back in the car but if you wanted to it’s easy to hop in the car, get on Folly Road and drive to Charleston for the day! Overall the condo was very comfortable! The sunsets from the decks were amazing! We had everything we needed for our week stay. Tons of extra towels and plenty of linens and blankets! It could use a little sprucing up and maybe a deep cleaning. It felt clean we just found cobwebs and dust bunnies. It was really nice having a washer and dryer too ( they were a little noisy though). Other families staying at Water Edge’s were super friendly. We would definitely stay there again! You can not beat the location and the views!

Perfect location

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. Minutes from the beach and only about 25 mins from downtown Charleston, yet the property itself feels pretty secluded. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our 9 night stay. The view from the living room and master bedroom was beautiful! We did have one issue, the neighbors next to us were being VERY loud (we could hear them over the TV) After awhile, we politely asked them to quiet down, but they began mocking us, cursing, got louder and started playing music. The neighbors were so disrespectful, they even yelled “NIGHT NEIGHBORS” across the deck before they went in. We tried calling the property manager, but there was no answer. I did submit a complaint for noise/profanity via email and never received a response. This only happened one night, so aside from the one Incident, everything was perfect. The property manager has little control over this isolated event, so I’m still giving this property a 5 star review! We would return in a heartbeat and would have stayed longer if able.

Ok condo, great views!

Overall a decent condo, it could use a solid deep clean and some updates. Carpet was definitely “lived in” and some grimy spots on furniture. For the purpose of our trip it was perfectly fine since we weren’t inside much, kitchen was nice and the bed was comfy. The views of the boats and the sunset from the decks are amazing though!

Great location!

The rental is in great location - an easy walk to the beach and restaurants in Folly Beach and a quick drive to Charleston. The pier is next door and a great place to watch the sunset. The condo was a great space for six adults - the bedrooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was convenient.
