Great property, took a family vacation 2 grandparents, 2 kids and 2 grandkids, the house was amazing, the pool was warm, great kitchen and dining area, left with many fond memories!

Great location! We loved being a little bit off the main downtown but it being a quick walk to the beach! The trees by the pool made it feel very secluded and peaceful. The house was a perfect set up with the bedrooms and large kitchen/living room area.

Great house in a great location

Very much enjoyed our stay in this property. The outdoor area was great and the house was clean and fit our group nicely. The proximity to Folly Beach and the main drag of Folly Island was also very nice, as was the house being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and relaxing. The only challenge we had was with the grill, but the rental company responded quickly and appropriately.

Great location!

Location was wonderful! House was perfect. there are beach towels, beach gear, and pool tools available to renters. There was plenty of extra coffee filters, laundry detergent, and dish soap but you need extra TP, seasonings if planning to cook, and your own blankets if you like to cuddle up on the couch.

Our family enjoyed our stay this past week. Plenty of room and great location to the beach, downtown Folly and Charleston. The pool was a great bonus and we rented the golf cart which was super convenient.

Bottoms Up is an excellent choice for a small to midsize group looking for beach area property in the Charleston area. The pictures don't do it justice. Only a 10min walk from the water and 5 minute walk to nearby restaurants.

Loved the house and the location! We gathered together as a family and every age group had fun. This is the first time that I wanted our vacation to last longer. The property manager was very attentive, and the golf cart we rented was a big hit with the kids. Easy walk to the downtown shops. Great beach and pool!

The house provided our family of nine with plenty of space. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants within easy walking distance which we thoroughly enjoyed daily! We had a blast at Bottoms Up! We loved that the beach was a five minute walk and downtown to Folly with shops and restaurants was a 5 minute walk. The pool was amazing. The house was fantastic-There was space for the five of us to spread out. It was comfortable and easy! Thank you!

We had a great family vacation at Bottoms Up! We loved the pool and the beach was just a golf cart ride away. The home is beautiful and spacious, plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is large and was able to keep two cooks in the kitchen from bumping into each other. We hope to visit again soon!

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful time in your beautiful, clean and well located home. Everything we needed was provided in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of linens for all the bed/bathrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the salt water pool and the short walk to the beach and town.
