Beach House

This cute little cottage boast huge views of Lake Winnebago! From the little front porch, you walk into a mud room and once you enter the kitchen you are greeted by the water. You are literally just feet from the water. Whether it's summer or winter the sunsets are something you never want to miss. You will have 2 reclining leather couches to relax on, a dining room for the perfect meal and 2 large bedrooms with queen beds. Outside there is a seating area and fire pit to enjoy long evenings listening to the water lap the rocks. Love going on long walks? We have trails that link 4 private beach roads together for quiet nature walks. This little cottage can't wait to host your next vacation.

  • So many different scenes in this park area. Other than some of the state parks in Wisconsin, this one has to be one of the best, public parks in the state. Free Wi-Fi, kids rids that are very affordable and close to the lake for a nice day out with the family. Plenty of parking, plenty of picnic areas, shade and just overall great park features. Many photographers end up here for photo shoots and there is a good reason for that as you can see.

Great little lake house

We enjoyed our weekend stay, especially the view and proximity to Fond du Lac. While we didn't get the enjoy it all as much as we wanted, due to being in town for a basketball tournament, it was a great spot for a weekend family get away and we still got in some hiking, boating and fishing. Thanks.

Celebration Weekend

Kim's cottage was perfect for our celebration weekend. We chose the location due to events in the area, but now that we've been there would highly recommend the location to anyone. Situated right on the water, the cottage is perfect for 2 couples, family or friends staying together. Kim thought of everything, from a welcome message to celebratory gifts to small food available and of course plenty of coffee. The kitchen is perfect for cooking a full dinner, the fire pit is great and the sunset view is amazing. Only negative is we wish we could have spent more time on-site at the cottage and we missed the creamery down the street and Kim's coffee shop; Gives us a reason to come back! Thank you, Kim! We will be sure to tell anyone coming through Fond du Lac or the great state of Wisconsin to swing by for coffee and stay the night.
