“Check in fatto a distanza ma super comodo ed efficiente. La casa è molto bella, arredata in modo particolare che trasmette belle vibrazioni e un ambiente rilassato in cui la condivisione degli spazi è centrale. Troverete tutto quello che vi servirà, non manca nessun servizio, dalla cucina completamente organizzata allo spazio esterno. La signora Alessandra è stata super disponibile per le poche volte che abbiamo avuto delle domande da porle. Abbiamo passato una bella settimana. Senza dubbio……

“Summer season not started yet. Lovely resort but nothing open. No facilities no hairdryer nothing in the room (it was a lovely room) but the facilities totally let it down. Wi-Fi is not good. We weren’t advised about breakfast asked on checkout and was told to go to the bar it was included. Ok if you want a pastry!!!! They did offer me a gluten free croissant eventually. Would not recommend out of season ”

“If you are going here make sure you have a vehicle! The place is great and located near the beach or on the beach depending on what you choose to stay in. Staff at the facility are very accommodating and excellent! Staff speaks English but has difficulty understanding if you speak fast, utilization of google translate helped tremendously. Definitely would come back here! ”

“We spent an unforgettable week at Villa Vagnoli! Our group of 13 people spanned three generations, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, multiple bathrooms and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful outdoor areas for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.We did our grocery shopping in Itri, just a 10-minute drive away. “Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered……
