Clean and well maintained, with great facilities. Relaxed atmosphere with an amazing chapel bar. The pool is perfect with plenty of cabanas. Easy walk into the town square for restaurants, although the hotel restaurant is a must. Plenty of parking and we will definitely be returning."

"Hallo zusammen, das Hotel ist sauber und für einen Strandurlaub völlig ausreichend. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich und bemüht. Lediglich eine Person an der Rezeption wirkte auf mich etwas unfreundlich. Davon abgesehen waren aber alle Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Strand ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Insgesamt hatte ich eine schöne Zeit und würde wiederkommen, wenn der Preis stimmt."

"A very luxurious and calming experience for our first visit to Mallorca. The hotel has a lot of thoughtful small touches (thick beach towels, lovely soaps), great parking, and a very restful and delightful ambience. Breakfast had a glorious amount of options. "The hotel is quite lovely and they look after the grounds and facilities. It’s in a beautiful area but not a beach resort - beach is 5 min drive. The pool is very small for a large 5 star resort and the food choices are very limited unless you want to eat at fancy Michelin star restaurants. The area is very remote but close to a few good beaches and a couple of nice little towns. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

They even changed our TV when ours did not work properly, this was done in a very speedy and non intrusive way. The staff are very attentive. Money well spent. We will go back next year!
