「The hotel help us upgrade our family room. The room is big, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect to find good restaurant and scenic spot.」

「Lovely well located property, amazing rooms. However the hotel was under construction and we were not told about it. The first morning we had to have breakfast inside our room, the second morning the restaurant was working but barely. The front desk was almost always empty and the people behind it were not very friendly in approach or manner. The rooms were new and nice and comfortable. From the window we could se the chimneys of the Chateau de Fontainbleau」

「第一天Check in的時間應該是2點，到的時候服務人員卻說房間還沒整理好，必須等到3點。房間看起來比照片簡陋很多，而且床架是臨時組裝的，睡了第一天床腳就垮了。以後不會再去。」
