"Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. Note to management, as hard she was working, one person can't effectively do both jobs. It's not a Hilton, but it's not meant to be, but again it's clean, new and a surprisingly low price during the Holiday season. "
"I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.
The room was clean; however, it felt quite damp and there was a slight smell of mold.
The bathroom also felt damp, with some signs of mold.
That said, I understand that it is winter and, being a seaside location, there were few guests, which made the property feel rather quiet.
I believe the experience may be very different during the summer season.
Based on my stay at this time of year, my overall impression was below expectations"
"Everything about this hotel was great, from the location on the beach with great views and the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. The rooms were nice and always clean, breakfast was varied and tasty and the staff were always so helpful. "
"We stayed at the hotel 1 day before they were closing for the winter season.
The weather was beautiful. We had the whole hotel to ourselves and the service we experienced was fantastic.
The nearby restaurants are better than the hotel kitchen, but cant complain at all.
Excellent part of Italy and less crowded than further down the coast."
"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
