"We loved this beautiful apt. and loved the location. The apt. is large and bright and we had everything we needed. We loved walking across the river and thru the beautiful park to get to the castle. "Fuyez!!!Ce logement et son hôte horrible. Nous avons passés 1 semaine de Noël gâchée par la gestionnaire. Le logement était sale,ne venez pas a plus de 2,car vous n'aurez pas assez de vaisselle,le canapé les pieds cassés et dangereux,les lumières grillées,alors venez avec vos frontales pour éclairer.Nous avons contactés la gestionnaire dès notre arrivée et nous nous sommes fait harceler par téléphone et menacés de quitter le logement le soir de noel. "Un très bon séjour chez Jean-Paul et Isabelle, qui sont de merveilleux hôtes.Le logement n'est pas très grand mais extrêmement bien équipé, et comprend tout ce qu'il faut pour bien accueillir 2 personnes.A côté de cela, le "gîte" dispose d'un formidable niveau de services : une piscine très agréable, un barbecue, un espace "bar" ombragé (idéal pour se poser l'après-midi à l'abri du soleil), une table d'échec, un babyfoot, un espace pétanque...Et le meilleur : l'accueil de Jean-Paul et Isabelle....

"Im more upset with Expedia for this experience. This hotel was listed as Carcasonne and we should have done a little more homework but we were strapped for time. This hotel is located nowhere near where we wanted to be (the heart of Carcasonne). It was a $40cdn uber and when we decided to eat the cost of the hotel and go somewhere closer the ubers were not coming out that far. The hotel itself is fine but has a very cold almost robotic feel. This place would be fine for a single or perhaps a couple backpacking and only requiring a nights rest before moving on. There is no checkin staff, you use a pin code that was not included by expedia. The room was tiny, very small beds (I mean very small). Literally rolling over you will fall on the floor. It was clean and new, modern, but we will not be staying at a BB again. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay."
