“The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem.The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. “Myself and my family had an excellent stay at this property. The house was very clean, fresh and light, welcoming, well equipped and very comfortable. The kids loved the house and felt very at home. The host was easy to get hold of and helped in no time when we noticed the upstairs sink was a little blocked. The host arranged to have this sorted straight-away. The location is excellent and we were very close to the nice beaches, only around ten minute drive or less to Alum Chine, Branksome……

“The Stable was as expected, the pictures represent the property perfectly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return. The Stable is on a site with quite a few other holiday lets, all qwerky and luxurious in their own right. Grounds were nice and we walked through the woods to the Clubhouse of the neighbouring golf club. Recommations from us, flip the lounge and the bedroom and then you have an ensuite. “Paid £74 for a room with no kettle or TV, and wasn't even ensuit, so for me the price was about £24 too much, the bathroom was right next to my room, and the girl in another room was in and out to the bathroom all night, and then decided she was going to have a shower at 6.30am and then dry her hair, the room was comfortable and there was a kitchen and TV downstairs but nowhere to sit and watch TV as. The 1 armchair was covered in laundry and I didn't fancy sitting on a stool at the kitchen……

“We needed a last minute booking in the South of UK. Location was great but arriving in afternoon to a very cold not heated place was not welcoming at all and very uncomfortable. We had no instructions on how to put heating on and could not understand how the thermostats worked. We tried to contact owners but only had a reply the next morning after a very long cold night.
