"Great spot. Plenty of Parking’s Helpful staff with great location. Also walking trail behind the hotel and coffee skateshoo and donuts and the zoo up the street. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. Wish we could bring our dog. A big game room too if you like that kind of thing. "

The staff was friendly and there is plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great family experience and definitely somewhere we would stay again in a future trip to Big Bear. "
