"Bedroom and bathroom very clean and good size. I loved that coffee tea and cookies are available at all times in the lobby. I wish there was a towel bar or hook near the shower to hold the towel or even a small table to put clothes on when coming out of the shower. Location was very convenient. "

"This house had everything for a New Year’s Eve getaway. It’s located close to downtown, had very comfy beds, and the kitchen was equipped make easy meals. Check out Morton’s Market for gourmet ready-made meals and Michael’s (just down the street) for a special occasion dinner. Host was very communicative and responded quickly to questions."

"This property was extremely clean, very well appointed, and perfectly located. The internet speed was excellent for our son to work remotely. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful home again. The Sunset cruise was an added bonus with our 10 night rental. Boat Captain Ben was very knowledgeable about the surrounding waterfront area."

"Our stay in a charming part of Maurizio's large, roomy villa was wonderful. We felt completely private, but had help close at hand. Maurizio is a gracious and generous host. The villa is an easy drive to good restaurants, downtown, and Siesta Key. As others have written, being in the villa combines a trip to Italy with the pleasures of Sarasota. "
