“Centrally located and within walking distance of Downtown Sarasota. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner in the lobby lounge was excellent for both the service and food. I would stay there again. ”

“Our 12th floor suite was spacious and well appointed. The views were wonderful to. House keeping was efficient and attentive to our coming and going. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well. I was surprised by the parking fee, which I didn't know about in advance. But there was plenty of parking available and no in out fees or valets to tip. The bar and dinner service were very good as well.”

“The room had trash in the trash can and before bed a cockroach crawled across the upper wall. I stay at the Hilton from time to time and do enjoy my stays but this room was different. ”

“Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy.”

“We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but……

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway.”

“I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent.”
