I know this is London, & hotel rooms are at a premium, but for getting it thru Expedia, & what I paid for this room, It could've been a lot better... 1. The elevator doesn't work- try dragging 3 fairly heavy suitcases up a 30" wide staircase- I knew there wasn't an elevator, but when we got there, there was an elevator, however, there was a note on it saying "Lift does not work-engineering has been called" 2. There isn't a lobby, just 2 chairs to sit in & wait for your room to be ready. And you have to constantly ask when your room will be ready. 3. Hand soap in the shower-*Travel Hack*--Bring your own shower wash, shampoo, & wash cloths. 4. The shower was also roughly 30" square, very hard to move around especially with one of those terrible rain shower heads. 5. Towels- plenty of them to go around, & if you like your towels thin & with holes in them--this is your place.
