"The room was pretty dirty and didn’t feel like it had much of a clean before we arrived.
The shower was terrible, no water pressure if someone has had a shower before you, no space if you’re moderately tall, and no space width wise either. They didn’t provide enough soap/shower gel for more than 1 day for 2 people.
The room was quite cold and we couldn’t figure out the heating.
The staff replied quick and check in was simple however the last night an alarm was going off from the hours of 3.30...

"Beautiful, clean accommodation in a quiet, peaceful location with plenty of space. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped, everything you could need. We felt very comfortable and could easily do some day trips from there.
Just one comment: It would be great if there were more hangers for towels and a bigger shelf in the bathroom."

"Great location really close to the Malvern hills so we were able to walk straight from the door to some great views. The apartment itself was perfectly comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was missing a few basic items we would have found useful (wooden spoon, ice cube tray, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and cling film). We were however given dishwasher tablets but sadly never found the dishwasher! The apartment was generally clean but the windows could have done with some attention,...
