Instructions on how to use equipment and appliances was good, but we only found out how to turn off the bathroom fan towards the end, and as we're a bit noise sensitive it did keep us awake at night. Not initially clear on how to open the windows - we thought they were locked (they are not)"

"Beautiful, clean accommodation in a quiet, peaceful location with plenty of space. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped, everything you could need. We felt very comfortable and could easily do some day trips from there. Just one comment: It would be great if there were more hangers for towels and a bigger shelf in the bathroom."

"Great location really close to the Malvern hills so we were able to walk straight from the door to some great views. The apartment itself was perfectly comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was missing a few basic items we would have found useful (wooden spoon, ice cube tray, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and cling film). We were however given dishwasher tablets but sadly never found the dishwasher! The apartment was generally clean but the windows could have done with some attention,...
