"Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. "

"Breakfast was ok. Only one elevator worked. The place was full, so taking the stairs was your best option. A little bit inconvenient, room rates were extremely high. The price gouging, I feel as ridiculous."

"Check-in time is at 3 and we arrived at 4:10. We were told someone paid for a late check-out and checked out at 4. The woman at the desk told me check-in is at 4 and the room wouldn’t be ready for 30 min. So, she lied about check-in time. Basically, they decided to make more money and screw us over. We were offered a smaller room but not the one we paid for. We were on a schedule as this was a road trip. We came back at 630 and the room was ready. The room is fine for a couple but not a family. We have a 16 year daughter and 12 year old son. The toilet is behind a barn door providing very little privacy. The shower is out in the open. You can’t see through the bottom of the glass. Again, very little privacy. Let’s get to the parking. There’s a parking lot next door that the woman who lied about the check-in time advised it was $35 to park or $38 to valet. We noticed the sign at the parking lot says $12 a day. I asked prior to paying the hotel and she said we can pay either now we know the real price. We could pay the hotel or the lot. They are thieves and con artists. The hotel is clean. I would never stay again. They’re a bunch of thieves. Took my money and sold part of my room time to someone else. They attempted to take more money the didn’t deserve with the parking lot. Unless, you feel like making eye contact with your teen children while you shower I’d suggest picking another place to stay. "

"Had an odor in the room, smelled really musty from A/C unit, called maintenance and they could not resolve. "

"The room was spacious and clean but the breakfast needs improvement. Noise was also an issue, kids were running and playing all day."
