"On second day through final not room housekeeping service. Told that they we short of staff and that normally there after the third day of your stay you receive housekeeping service. Told to put towels in the hallway outside the room and come to the desk for new towel and wash cloth Told nothing about trash removal for the room They were polite just not informed about no housekeeping until the second day of my check in Had I known that I would not have stayed there. I did not pay for Full service in order No to receive full service Half of my hotel fee should be Refunded. I see you wanted pictures well i did not think to take them since this is the First time this has happened to me"

"The room and common areas were very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful they kept breakfast stocked and it was super busy and a full hotel."

The toilet flushing handle was broken, the tub was cracked, and the refrigerator handle was broken. The bed sheets looked clean and it was a spacious room with a full size refrigerator, sink, and area to cook food. "

"Peaks of Otter is a very special lodge off the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s a great place for a family with Adirondack chairs by a beautiful pond and an easy walking trail. The rooms and restaurant have biews of the pond as well."
