「Certain areas of the property have been renovated and upgraded. Other areas have had no work done to them and need attention. Very “1970’s style mostly with cracked tiles overgrown parts of the yard, fences falling down. Balcony areas will require maintenance. Not suitable if a person has mobility issues. Location and views very good from the upstairs rooms. 」

「All aspects of house were easy to use; excellent house facilities; lovely part of town close to urban interests. Plastic plants could do with a dust & wash, especially the large one in living area.Have already referred a matter of ants in the kitchen to house manager. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. The cottage was spotless and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with amazing heated blankets that warmed up almost instantly. Very close to town centre. We would stay here again.」

「We had a wonderful overnight stay to celebrate my birthday! The location is super close to town, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, beautifully set up with so much space and very close to everything. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and friendly. Highly recommend—would love to stay again!」

「An amazing stay in an older-style heritage property in a central location in Orange. We had a few issues when we first arrived, but Stuart and the team were incredibly responsive - we really couldn't have asked for more. The heating was OK - which is saying something as our visit coincided with a cold snap (max of 8 degrees during the day while we were there) - and it really helped to have the heating and lights already on when we arrived late in the day.」
