“Great place to stay for the night”

“The reason I had to give such low ratings was because this property was occupied when we arrived. -up until the day of check-in communication had been good. At 3 o’clock on the day of check-in I received all the check-in information for our 4 o’clock arrival. We had an 18 Hour drive to this property so we did not get in until 930 that evening. “We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s place while visiting our daughter and granddaughters. It truly felt like a home away from home—peaceful, private, and thoughtfully designed.The apartment has its own rear entrance to a spacious lower level in a charming, walkable neighborhood. It backs to a farm with beautiful views of a lake, swans, horses, and even emus—plus spectacular sunsets.Inside, everything was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. “Great place with an actual garage guests can use. Very quiet, end unit. Had some issues getting in and then locking up but management was able to get it corrected. Smoke Arlan went off at night, of course, but I was able to get it disconnected. Alerted management. Management was available 24/7.”

“Well appointed home. Everything you need, plus!Lots of extras included. Communication was excellent. Home was clean. Towels and sheets and blankets were above and beyond. Did not use the laundry, but nice to have. Ping pong was fun! ”

“This house was perfect for our family vacation at Innsbrook. We had 9 adults and 7 children and the house worked very well to accommodate. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We used the kayaks, but were a little disappointed that the Paddle Boat was not available for use because the littler kids would have enjoyed that. Innsbrook is a beautiful Community and we also enjoyed the pool, playground, and pickleball courts. Great rental!!!”

“All was good. Except shower in tub stopped working and didn’t get fixed for us to use. Too far from city. Took 40 minutes each way. Took time away from our visit with family. Nice neighborhood quiet and neat. Nice house clean and roomy. Beds were good . Could use some easy chairs in living room. Kitchen chairs were metal hard on butt to sit. Overall we had a good time we were very busy in and out”
