“This hotel is NOT what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. While the hotel is located conveniently off the highway, the state of the hotel is below what you would expect from an average Hampton Inn. The hotel appears to be 'under construction', but yet I didn't see anyone working on construction for the three days that we were there. Hallways were 'beaten up', with missing trim molding and loose wires exposed. The elevators are old and one of them made a lot of noise and shook when it went up or……

The property was very nice and well maintained and clean and comfortable. The only thing that I could see that needed improvement was the breakfast menu and the kick back men’s need a wider variety of food options instead of serving the same meals daily, BORING.”

“The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side.”

“The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! No clean towels or clean……
