I accidentally booked incorrect hotel so cancelled on first day arrival. This review is for Expedia. They are awful to work with. Never book through 3rd party - always through hotel direct. I have confirmation email of cancellation fee according to their policy. However received email they are not honoring that and charging me the full amount. I am livid and will dispute this charge with credit card company. Expensive lesson. Lesson learned.

Had a problem with purchasing room for the night and ended up with two reservations. They wouldn’t cancel second one even though it was obvious it was a mistake. Breakfast was ok but not as fresh as one from previous stay in Georgia. Hotel just seemed tired.

The hotel was a little rundown. I think I could’ve lived with that but when I got out of the shower and the blow dryer did not work at all, my husband went down to the desk to ask for a new one. The hotel clerk called the manager and they could not find one. I was simply left without a blow dryer and wet hair. We did end up borrowing one with the people we had checked in with. This was a lifesaver, but all this hassle caused me to be late to an event.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The lady at the front desk had a smile and was nice. Hot coffee available 24 hours a day. Well lighted property, I’m traveling with my two dachshunds. I would stay here again if I came through here.
