It was not cleaned, I had to go get a vacuum cleaner as soon as I arrived and the toilet started overflowing into the bedroom. I immediately did a reverse check in!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The area was nice, quiet, and safe. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast had a good choice selection. The staff at the front desk was not as welcoming as we have experienced at other stays. There was really not a lot of parking and we had to park 2 buildings down and walk back to our building. Then we walked around to find our actual unit in the building because they were not labeled well. But overall we would stay again!

This was our second time to stay here and it was just as great as the first time. From the time we arrived until the time we left we were well cared for and really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Each interaction we had with the staff was very positive. They were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh, room was clean and the kitchens are beautiful! We were offered our choice of upper or lower level when we checked in and I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. We had plenty of soft clean towels and all the full size toiletries we needed. My family loves staying here and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. I absolutely recommend this place 10/10, 5 stars

Liked how spacious the room was with a 2 double bed bedroom and a loft with a king bed. Did not like how dirty the fixtures and floor and carpet were. The beds were clean. The pool was cloudy and when I asked when the pool gets cleaned, the staff smirked and said soon. Was cloudy all three days of our stay with bits of hair and cups floating in the pool. Actual breakfast times were different then the actual times so we missed breakfast. Staff never smiled.

A 4 PM check in time is not a customer friendly business model. Neither is prickly (if not hostile) staff who seem to wish they were somewhere else. Pity, since I love the rooms.

A day or two before our stay, I called to request a downstairs room because of wife's recent knee replacement. Upon arrival I was booked upstairs at back of building, which meant a longer walk to unload our stuff. Fortunately, staff was able to assign us a street-level room. Site has virtually no lawn area for dog but owner's consider it pet friendly. Fortunately, we left our dog home. Breakfast was better than average, but wish they had a waffle maker instead of pancake maker.

Nice and quiet both day and night. My room/suite was clean, a/c on 69 so it was cool upon entering on this hot day. TV remote easy to operate, clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Really good coffee and nice warm breakfast options daily like breakfast tacos, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, yogurt, muffins and more. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I walked in one day with my insulated cup and I was immediately asked if I needed ice, which I did and the nice lady got it for me and was very friendly. The guy who is there at the front desk is very nice and friendly. Everything worked in the room and I was asked if I wanted housekeeping services. I told them no but it’s nice to be asked and I know some people do, but I have my stuff all over the place and I make my own bed and use the same towels for a few days so there wasn’t anything I needed. I came in very late every evening but always found a close parking spot and the pool was clean and clear. I would highly recommend this place.

The property was good and guy at the front desk when we checked in was good at his job and very helpful. The only problem we had was some items was left in the room but when we return in less then 3 hours know one knew where our stuff was. Then we got the run around for 30 minutes for then tell us they through the item away. I don't believe them.

Very roomy for a family of five. Although the unit smelled a little like smoke and was a bit dated, the staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Parking was also easy, and the amenities were wonderful.

I’m going to be honest and say that I will probably never stay here again! The room was nice and clean. The downstairs bathroom shower was stopped up. The breakfast was awful. It says a full breakfast. The breakfast is tacos, turkey bacon, sausage and continental breakfast items. The bacon was cold and the apple juice was watered down. The biggest disappointment and the reason we chose to stay here was the pool. It wasn’t available when we checked in. The front desk said that it would opened the next day. It was but based on what we saw the first day we decided not to get in. Sonesta please do better.

To have a full studio apartment when I come to St. Louis for my Mom in the hospital and at assisted living and at such a reasonable price is just incredible. I really am happy to find this place!

I’ve stayed at many Sonesta but this by far the worst stay I ever had . If I could give a 0stars I would. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the shower curtains smelled horrible like it was never wash smelled like dog one of the room tvs didn’t work the other room tv had a long screen crack in it. The pool was very dirty and green had tadpoles swimming it the purpose of me booking was the pool drove 8 hrs from Alabama to be disappointed. The food was not great. They had regular hash brown where they just chopped it up instead of just buying shredded hash browns. The apple juice was watered down . The taco meat from the breakfast was like thrown together and the turkey bacon sausage was cold. There is not enough parks for you to park close to your room. 2nd night it was 6 police deep leaving out when we was coming back to the hotel . Me and another person was also staying out there was trying to figure out what was going on. People outside smoking being suspicious and even I had to watch my mom and brother walk back to there room because a group of people started following them and they realize they wasn’t alone the walked back. I’m just very disappointed I even called to speak to manager said he was busy I even left my number no return call back. I even tried calling again and no one answered. I will go further than this if I can’t reach anyone. So save yall money for this overpay of this type of Sonesta . This Sonesta just didn’t meet the standards of all Sonesta.

We stayed two days. First timers. Rooms were nice, bright and clean! Didn’t get to the pool as I had hoped, but it looked inviting. My only complaint is our room was buy a basketball court.
