We needed a clean and warm place to sleep for the night at the last minute and this RV trailer met that purpose. Communication by the manager was excellent and he took the time to explain everything.

All in all , it was ok. We made a last minute trip to Forks , WA over July 4 weekend . There wasn’t anything else available in the area , so our options were limited . It’s a roomy 5th wheel RV. It was clean and had the basic things we needed for our stay . It’s not a lux hotel , but it met our need . It was affordable and safe . It’s located in Forks so we could walk anywhere that we wanted to go .

Interesting area - first time there. 5th wheel was fine. The unit we were in was right next to the main road so was pretty noisy. Convenient to the Circle K ( right next door) and hamburger place across the street. Trailer was connected to power and sewer so no issues.

Old 5th wheel with no tv .. thought it would be in a nice grassy area but all on dirty gravel .. thought it was to be park model ... Make sure you know what you are getting before paying ... Not worth $200 ... Check into other places in Forks

Large family

They didn't include enough linens or blankets even though we informed them we would be a group of 6 people. On the flip side, the laundry room and new shower facility were great, clean, roomy.

I was very happy with the site and the unit itself. However I was not prepared for just what I needed to bring with me. The master bedroom was comfortable and clean. But the trailer smelled musty. However the pull out beds were ok there were no additional sheets for the beds in the second bedroom. We did go to the local store and purchased some as well as blankets and air freshener. The weather had turned off cooler than expected. We also bought charcoal for the grill since we brought patties. But nothing flip them with. No dishes, silverware pots and pans. We really didn’t want to order out but with nothing to cook with we didn’t have any choice. I wish the description included a statement saying although you have the convenience of being just on the edge of town be prepared for a roughing it experience and bring your own dish pots and pans eating utensils cups all spices you need to cook with and don’t forget additional bedding and maybe an extra dish rag and towels. Honestly the experience would have been so much better if had known all the things we needed

In 54 years, I’ve left very few reviews—but this stay deserved one. My wife and I drove hours to get here. Our Expedia booking clearly stated check-in was at 3 p.m. We arrived at 2:05, hoping we might check in a little early. Instead, we were told flatly, “Check-in is at 4.” When we mentioned what Expedia showed, the response was, “We’ve called them several times and they won’t change it.” No apology, no effort to accommodate—just an obvious enjoyment in saying no. We left to kill time, then sat in the parking lot watching the staff ignore their own posted check-in time—3 p.m. is listed right on their website too. Yet we weren’t allowed in a minute before 4. By then, a line had formed. It felt more about control than policy. When we finally got in, things didn’t improve. No TV (just removed), no dishes, no basic amenities. The heater didn’t work; a noisy space heater was the solution. The bed sagged to the middle and squeaked nonstop. We’re low-maintenance travelers, but when you can’t even trust a listed check-in time—and the staff doubles down instead of helping—it sets the tone for a disappointing stay. We would’ve left if anything else had been available.

When we checked in, the woman working set things up for us. It wasn’t her fault, she was at her typical location and she was going off of what the rental owners gave her. The RV didn’t have the water on and she wasn’t sure how to get it going. We said we would go to dinner across the street while she contacted them. 45 minutes later I returned and she said she had texted and called and not heard from them. She called two more times at my request because I was going to ask for a refund. Finally they answered and instructed her, claiming they had told her but she was sure they hadn’t. When the water did come on, the main toilet smelled terrible, to the point we didn’t use it. Closet doors were broken. The tv in the main bedroom had no hook ups and didn’t work. There was an insanely bright light from the park right above the windows over your head while you slept that we had to find a blanket to cover up the windows because we couldn’t sleep. I don’t think anyone checked out the place before we came because there were little spiders in the bed and in the shower. Overall, this was a very expensive overnight charge for what we got and were inconvenienced for.
