「Thanks to Justine, the cabin was spotless and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Unfortunately we did not meet Justine. We could not access the internet because of our age, always finding it difficult to get our heads around scanning QR codes and downloading Apps. We also found it difficult to use the path with and without our luggage leading to the cabin both in daylight and the dark - another age problem. 「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay)
we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...
