“Super freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist gut mit U oder S Bahn zu erreichen. Ich hatte das kleine Zimmer und es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen 6 tägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Toll war die Möglichkeit den ganzen Tag Kaffeegetränke kostenlos zu genießen. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.”

“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

“Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! ”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage options and we really liked the large opening window doors. The kitchen is useful although the sink and counter area is quite limited. Having a grocery store right next door was extremely helpful and well-used. The city centre is accessible with bus/tram then the subway which took a little over 30 minutes but was easy enough. Overall would consider staying again if possible. ”
