"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. "Had a fantastic time! The facilities were perfrect, well maintained and clean. staff were helpful and hospitable in general. We could also see dolphins swimming near the resort. Very happy with our stay. Only minor point is that dinner reservations at the restaurants on site can be a bit tricky (e.g. we were given a later booking even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time we requested)."

"I enjoyed my stay. I was upgraded to a two bedroom accommodation on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. They can provide dinner at a reasonable price, which is good because there are no restaurants nearby. They were helpful in arranging a taxi for me into town and to my cruise ship."

"wifi was terrible, staff unhelpful, told us the hotel was full and we could not check in early. The hotel was clearly half empty and they could have easily met our requests which were given weeks in advance. The hotel is very isolated on its own, you cannot walk beyond its own beach without going onto a dangerous half built access road. Once you're in your stuck there. Other hotels in the area slightly further north are all joined together so access to the beaches are great"
