“This was an excellent, comfortable place for our non-profit members to split while participating at a Fort Ticonderoga event. The layout can't be beat for camaraderie but privacy, group decisions but breakout nooks, views but convenience. We all wished we could stay longer! ”

When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. This was obviously very unsettling for everyone and required us to spend time cleaning before we could comfortably use the space.Additionally, the leg of the kitchen table broke when we placed a few normal household items on it—specifically a piece of luggage and some groceries. “The house was cozy! We felt like we had a lot of privacy while also being conveniently located. The space was comfortable and clean. The fireplace was so cozy and warm during a very cold week! We liked the game room, but it was very cold. The property was beautiful and fun to explore. The bedrooms were comfortable and we liked having three full bathrooms. “What an incredible home. The decor is what you’d expect for a traditional exclusive woodsy stay. Very comfortably fit 6 adults, 2 children and an infant. Surprise!!! The twin bed was actually a trundle bed so each grand baby had their own bed. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Less than 10 minutes to Lake George Village. We really loved the rec room downstairs. Pool table, ping pong and air hockey. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and the secluded yard. Our hosts will most definitely be……

“I waited for a week before writing this. The place is decent and can be great for large multiple families. There were a few things that diminshed the value and when I nicely advised management of what I considered negative areas I was responded to flippantly and nonresponsively - in my opinion. There was a significant leak in shower of Unit 3 - traversing all way across bathroom floor by end of shower, there were no washcloths, the TV system was complicated to find "regular" news or shows -……

“We travelled here from West Point. The drive was easy on the interstate. The kitchen is fabulous. We made use of the washer and dryer. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. We visited Ticonderoga, Middlebury VT, Lake George, and Fort William Henry. All the attractions were fabulous. Grocery stores were close by, We are from Colorado and loved seeing how the New York Tourist attractions and area have survived. Thanks for everything.”
