Did not like that the balcony was inside overlooking the pool, I expected paying more for a balcony would be one that allowed for outside space, very misleading, and breakfast was underwhelming.

The staff went above and beyond in their service for me! The rooms were clean and the bed/pillows were extremely comfy! Didn’t see the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Pool looked nice! In a very convenient area with Starbucks, Casey’s, Culver’s, Walmart right there! Not a new place but well kept up and price was a bonus too compared to some others in town!

The smell of mold or a microbial substance was substantial enough that extra allergy medication and nasal spray were needed just to sleep. I do not advise those with breathing challenges like COPD or asthma to stay here. There was visible water damage on the ceiling edges and top of the tall mirror. The shower was clean, the sheets were clean, and the room was tidy. The staff was kind. The price is good.

Rooms were clean and servicable, but no frills. Bathrooms were very small and door to bathroom rubbed toilet. All water in room was "soft" water and I personally hate that. Climate control seemed to work fairly well.

Comfortable bed. Clean room with a reclining chair that my wife thoroughly enjoyed. The laundry facilities were another surprise bonus. The hot tub/spa was clean, hot & bubbly and the indoor pool immaculate. We had been disappointed with our stay at another motel in this chain in Chicago and Whitewater was a much nicer experience. There are also some excellent restaurants in the area, which was another bonus.
