“The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly.”

“Dangerous property. Fell down the stairs both days that we stayed. They are extremely slick in the apartment. Smelled old and damp. Window in the family room would not go up so se had a draft the entire time. Photos are much better than the actual look. Very dark corridors not bright like the photos. Kind of depressing. They are a stickler about you arriving at a certain time.”

“This holiday was amazing. We took over four apartments between 12 family members. We travelled from Manchester and Stirling. What an experience! We couldn’t have dreamt for anything more spectacular and what a setting. Everything we needed was here. Fort Augustus was such a busy little village with cafes, gift shops, a couple of pubs. We travelled out on day trips to Drumnadrochit, Fort William, Inverness, Urquhart Castle. Three of the party even climbed to the summit of Ben Nevis. The grounds……

“Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und schnell. Waren früher da und konnten spontan früher rein. Gordon war innerhalb von 5 Minuten da. Das Appartement ist sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zentral gelegen kann man von dort seine Tagesausflüge starten.Einziges Manko war die Küche. Nicht weil sie klein war sondern die Angst eines Feueralarmes hat uns abgehalten dort zu kochen. Die Küche ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Hinweisschilder……

“The stay was nice and the views were absolutely gorgeous but there were a few hiccups. Check out on VRBO showed 11 am but it was actually 10 am. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious and again, the views couldn’t be beat.”
