“This loft was well appointed and very clean and well decorated. My son and his fiancé enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to the venue where we had their wedding shower. They also loved that the Aspire Wine Bar was just downstairs!”

“The property was amazing. Full of history and rustic charm. Almost like getting to spend the night at a museum. Jeff is a great host with lots of history facts about the house. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay at the homestead. The kids are already requesting to stay on our Thanksgiving trip. Peaceful porch sitting and beautiful views.”

“Great location to enjoy all that Funfest has to offer!”

“I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!!”

“This is a great place to stay if you are spending any time around Mendota. Vickie, the host, is a very accommodating and thoughtfully detailed person who thinks about all kinds of situations that a guest could want or need. The home is spacious and very clean. This is definitely a 5 star host. We will be back.”

And I would put blackout curtains in all the bedrooms for those who travel with kids. But overall it worked out perfectly for our needs!”

“An amazing stay while we were in town visiting family! The space was immaculate, cozy and very comfortable. Everything was wonderful!”
