Loved how quaint and small it was. It was perfect for our little family. The walk down to the private beach was awesome and we used the fire pit every night. The view was beautiful from the table.

This property for our football family of 4 was perfect, inside temperature of the home stayed nice and cozy, and our rambunctious boys loved their room, the shower was amazing with good water pressure, and the views out of the open windows facing the ocean was the perfect thing for a morning coffee or a late night sunset. We even had a couple of football families come over for s’mores at the outdoor fire pit for s’mores it was such an awesome place to relax and enjoy the ocean and family/friend time, thank you Pat and Jan for sharing your beautiful home with our family we will be booking this house again!

Had a great stay at this property. The location was convenient for our interests: walking along the headlands, visiting Fort Bragg and hiking in the nearby state parks. There was a nice welcome basket and the place was very clean.

Great ocean view and walk to an ocean trail. The place is very clean, newly remodeled. The shower stall is unusually short and it gets quite hot in the afternoon, or I would have given five rather than four stars

Very nice. While a little close to the road, it wasn’t too distracting and still private. We would have been more water-frugal, but it takes a long time to get water warm enough to shower or do dishes. TV was great, we brought our Apple TV and enjoyed very much. Overall, we would book again.

Clean, pleasant and quiet. Gets very warm inside during the afternoon, so be prepared to open windows and turn on fans (provided). Clean ocean air to breathe, and a short walk to the coastal trail for walks and bike rides.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It is all l had hoped it to be. Very quiet neighborhood and stunning ocean view. Loved seeing the deer roam around the neighborhood with the rabbits and turkey’s. There was great communication and easy instructions to follow to care for the property. I would stay here again and recommend this beautiful property for a great home away from home.

the house was well equipped. I was happy to find the stair gait hidden in the closet, it could be a life saver. I feel that A note should be posted on that closet door so that people realize it is there, we had a great stay.

This house feels like an afterthought. Unreliable electric outlets to almost nonexistent hot water to poor communication to hot sun during the day to cold nights to risky staircase to infrastructure in guest rooms so no privacy. There is an opportunity for this to be a perfect vacation spot but it’s not there yet.

I recently stayed at this property in Fort Bragg for a family vacation, and there were several positive aspects to our experience. The place was clean and in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. There was also a nice collection of bicycles and toys available for the kids, which truly made their weekend. However, there was a drawback worth noting. The house is actually the upstairs unit of a duplex, not a full house as stated in the description. While this wasn’t a major issue for us on this trip, it could be a concern if there were other guests staying in the unit below, as noise might be a problem. Despite these points, we still had a good time and enjoyed the location and amenities. Overall, it’s a decent place for a beachside stay, especially for families with children, but be aware of the duplex setup.

Clumsy glass coffee table. Very dusty washer and dryer. Washer water was shut down. Dryer missing knob, not working. Full size bed not comfortable, blanket heavy and not warm! Kitchen has no dishwasher and the hot water not working properly! It is said waking distance to beach, NO WAY! There is private property, you dare not trespass! There is no staying manual to give you a phone number to contact for any issues you may have. This place needs a lot improvement.

Location was very nice, with view of ocean and short walk to beach. Road noise was tolerable, with not much traffic at night. The safety gate was found, in a bedroom closet, for the steep staircase. No mention of the gate in the house binder, or instructions on how to install it. This is a real safety hazard without the gate in place. No air conditioning, but thermal management with shades during the day and opening the windows later in the day worked. Would recommend doorstops for the bedroom and bathroom doors while windows are open. End table lights in the bedroom by the stairs did not work. Kleenex in each bedroom and in the bathroom is a must! Also, if you are going to supply a coffee maker and filters, you should supply coffee. Also, the mattress and box springs in each bedroom should be replaced as they are squeaky and offer no support while sleeping. Asking your guests to help with cleaning and laundry before they leave to go home from their vacation is not appropriate.

We loved our stay at Sea Esta. The view was beautiful and the flat was charming and very comfortable. The house is a short walk to a beautiful beach and bike path. You can feel the love in this place and we can’t wait to return.
