“best house I've ever been in !!”

“Property could use some updates. The air conditioning does not effectively cool the rooms. Fans were provided, and definitely needed. It also could use a fresh coat of paint throughout. Beds are extremely firm. The house was in a convenient location for things we wanted to do in the area.”

“The house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and supplied with anything you could need. Loved the way was decorated with the animal theme. We were there to go to the zoo and the location was spot on. The host checked on our arrival and to make sure we had anything we would need. Would rent this again if we are out in Omaha again. Thank you”

“we had plenty to do but the issues were with the toilet which did get fixed, but also the upstairs shower was constantly dripping. I did not tell the girls this, but I did see a mouse skitter across the floor in the kitchen and run under the stove. You need to get on top of that issue. Also, please stock the kitchen with a few more things like foil for instance. I do also think you should maybe invest in some plastic cups if you don't want to add to the glasses or mugs. “None of the kitchen appliances had any power. There was a large burn mark on the refrigerator. Contacted the host who had us flip breakers and nothing fixed the issue. Host said they would refund us half and this has not been done nor have they had any communication with us since. We spent money on groceries as well as food delivery because we could not cook the food we had. Property has not been maintained, back yard was a mess and trash bins were completely full and overflowing. Very……

“My husband and I, along with our 3 boys loved staying in this house. It has rustic charm throughout, very comfy beds, and all amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Great neighborhood, we did our two mile walks around town, and it was very peaceful and quiet. But it was also very close to shopping, restaurants and parks! Thank You Matt for a wonderful stay.”
