It took 10 minutes to checkout. The girl at the front desk did not have login to get into the computer. She called the manager and had a conversation with a child to put Daddy on the phone. After no luck there she informed me she had to go knock on his door (guess he lives on-site) to get the info. More than a little annoying.

this property is older and smaller than some we have stayed at. some of the staff was very friendly while others were okay. The only thing I can say to do better is the offer of breakfast which wasn't all that good. No milk for cereals and only thing available was bagels, apples, fruit juice. We made waffle. could have different fruit, milk, maybe muffins or donuts. The smell of cleaners used had a very strong smell. We were given a handicap room which was okay but not requested. Plus the shower is not easy to adjust. A turn handle and dial in the middle which I had never seen before. Difficult to adjust. Sorry.

Give this one a MISS!
This hotel needs to be bulldozed. It is in horrible condition!! Carpet is falling apart, all the walls in the bathroom had major water damage from the floor to the ceiling. Staff was professional & helpful but you could not pay me to stay at this hotel again

Did not honor my first floor request and the elevator didn't work. No continental breakfast as advertised. Find another place to stay!

This place was disgusting, our room cards kept having to be reprogrammed to work on our door (at least four times in the two days we stayed), the staff was hardly ever available (even to do that), the Continental breakfast was gas station fare, there were very loud and dangerous-seeming tenants living there (more than once someone would be outside begging or screaming into their cell; one scruffy guy asked my girlfriend for a ride to the bank when she went to the lobby to get some water from a vending machine in the very early morning and wouldn’t leave her alone until she ran back to the room), you can hear everything going on in everyone else’s room next to you and above you and below you, and they sneak a ridiculous $50 incidentals fee on your bill (without it even appearing on your receipt) that doesn’t get taken off for up to seven business days (and clearly that money goes nowhere useful, as there was plenty of damage all over our room that hadn’t been cleaned up or fixed). This place is trash, Wyndham should be ashamed of itself and I’d say “you get what you pay for,” but it was actually quite expensive especially with the hidden $50 fee that we hope will be returned in time suggested (but I wouldn’t be surprised if I never see it again). Next time we’ll spend a bit more and stay at a nice place. Total sham.

I paid for a 3 day stay, after the first night my daughter back home in Colorado went into Labor around midnight, So I needed to get back home. She is single 18 year old, 2nd child, I am her birthing partner. So I had to leave, Yes I paid upfront. They denied a refund of days not used. Yes I signed a contract however I thought, maybe they would in this instance I had to leave. then around 5am they let her go home, which by then I already was at airport ready to fly home.

The elevator was out of service and this appeared to be an old issue. My wife has difficulty with stairs. The signage of 'rules' seemed over the top and unwelcoming.

Need to be remodel.
Staff is friendly. The hotel rooms are small and out of date. The wall between room are thin, you can hear your neighbors talk, snoring and television. We had issues with the key to our room. 90% the key would not work.

Drugs, Dirty & disappointing!
There were people doing drugs and vehicles in the parking lot. The sheets were definitely just remade, they were wrinkles and hair and they were dirty. The towels also looked like they were just refolded, they did not look clean. The entire property was filthy. Super disappointed! I saw Wyndham and thought it was supposed to be a great place to stay.

Blanket had at least a dozen burn holes. The mirror was worn from wear the facet rubs the mirror. Had to sign a plethora of extra paper work, agreeing not to be in the hallway loitering. Overall it was barely acceptable. Won’t be back here

Sorry your stay was unsatisfactory. The paper you signed said nothing about loitering in hall. Why you would want to loiter (hang out) in hall. There is a sign that says no loitering outside in front of no loitering sign on wall. To show respect for other guest. You wouldn't want people standing outside being loud where you can't sleep. That's why we have that sign. Our house rules help us know everyone that's in house. It don't allow guest to yell, scream, curse, or act inappropriate towards staff or guests. It's to ensure your safety. Sorry you had a problem with it. Hope you have a blessed day.

Streaming free only TV no local channels.
Clerk flat out lied about having local channels. Streaming with NETFLIX yah forget that won't connect to the non existent network. Showed up and TV remote did nothing but turn the tv on came back with the treat of streaming free tv because thats what all of the Windhams Chain does now streaming TV last te they'll 🔥 me.

Upon checkin the clerk was very nice and helpful. We had to sign a paper stating we would remain dressed and not expose our private parts!! Also we wouldn’t curse, yell, fight or throw parties. We asked if we were in a bad neighborhood and were told yes there had been trouble here at times. The motel is older, carpet not clean and limited supplies in room. Men talking loudly outside our window, unsavory sorts hanging out in lobby. Honestly we are uncomfortable here. I would not recommend this place.

had to change rooms 3x, 1 st room had dirty sheets and makeup on the bed 2nd room was locked from the inside so i nor the front desk agent could access it. 3rd room , no hot water , body fluid on the bed skirt and another guests left food in the microwave . i checked out in 3 hrs

We called ahead to let them know we would be checking in late. We did arrive by 8:30 pm. The gentlemen who checked me in was fine, but not welcoming. The elevator was out of order, which we were told when we check in. The ice machine was also out of order and my husband was told there was another on the first floor. He could not find it. Finally, the breakfast was only cold options, We were not satisfied with the room as well.

BED BUGS
From the outside, it looks clean but don’t be fooled. I woke up up with bites all over my arm and my ear swollen from bed bug bites!! I stayed here a previous time and also was faced with the same situation but management was apologetic. So, I gave this place another chance but was disappointed once again. If you want some bed bugs to keep you company during the night, then this place is for you.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and updated. Elevator was out when I was there but things happen so can’t zonk them for that. However the stairs are wide and short steps so while inconvenient it was easy. They kept main floor rooms for people with mobility issues. Denny’s right next door. I would stay there again. Breakfast was a typical continental but room was clean and large.
