The house was huge, very well appointed, clean, modern, centrally located and nicely furnished. We loved the hot tub. The kitchen was super well equipped. Street parking was more than ample, we never needed to park in the garage. We'll definitely stay here again next time we come to visit. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. Location was convenient to grocery stores, downtown, restaurants and coffee places, but also was super quiet.

Great Stay!!

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. House had everything needed and was completely stocked. Beautiful views from rooftop deck and location to Old Town just right. I look forward to staying again!!

I can't say enough about this home! It was perfectly equipped for our needs! Clean, cozy and convenient 5 min drive or short walk to downtown area! We will absolutely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home and your lovely town!

I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and I think we can all agree that they are not all the same. This one is oustanding. It is perfectly appointed and ready to go. Located a golf shot away from the New Belgium Brewery, we were able to listen to the Wallflowers concert from the rooftop deck. We walked to downtown every night. Be aware that one of the full baths is in the basement, the only drawback.

This home was perfect for our family vacation in Ft Collins. It was spacious, comfortable, and the location was great within a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Old Town (15-20 minute walk). Check in and check out process went smoothly. Stacy and the Mountain Time team were welcoming and responded quickly when we had questions. Would stay here again!

Perfect in Fort Collins

Everything about this place was exactly as described and it was well stocked with everything you need for your stay from a completely stocked kitchen, bar area, coffee bar, to provide a well plated table and beautiful serving trays as well for meals, plenty of glass dishes and and melamine dishes for outdoor if you need them. It was quiet and beautiful during our stay and the location was so perfect to walk up to the brewery with a great outdoor park area to hang out with the family. The beds were amazing, everyone loved their linens and comfortable mattresses and there is plenty of room for everyone in your family to relax with the downstairs area with the pool table another spacious area with a perfectly comfortable sectional that fits the whole family too! I usually come prepared with everything I want from my own kitchen and home but I didn't need any of it (okay, I did need my wafflemaker but not my crockpot :) ). FIVE STAR and perfect for entertaining!
