- Carriage House studio, with full bath and large work space area. Enter through a separate entrance to your own private space. Cozy furnishings and décor with a "Moose Lodge" feel. Queen bed and a thick futon that converts to a full size comfortable sleeping space to sleep 4. Retreat is in a centrally located & quiet residential neighborhood with a playground across the street. Easy access to bike trails, shopping, restaurants and CSU. Bikes available for use by guests.
