We loved this modern, clean condo close to town with a lovely view of the mountains in the distance. Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, made it easy for our families to spread out and enjoy their own space.

Great Fort Collins townhome

Easy street parking right in front of the house. Piece of cake to get everywhere. My family of five was very comfortable inside. The upstairs fireplace is a great place to sit and look at the mountains. Five out of five stars, would stay again.

This home was perfect for gathering my family for a birthday getaway. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the rooftop deck and fireplace were fantastic. Great for s’mores and sunsets! Nice, quiet location. Back deck was great for morning coffee and dinner. Walking distance to Poudre River trail and quick drive to Old Town. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

My husband, daughter, parents and I enjoyed an absolutely wonderful stay in FOCO. It was a perfect location and beautiful home. Place was close to many breweries, restaurants, and CSU where our daughter attends. Parking was easy. Neighborhood was well kept and safe. Stacey was very easy accessible when I had specific questions about the place. Hoping to come back next year!

Since there were 3 couples, it was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Everything is brand new and nicely decorated. The only problem we had was we couldn't get into the garage-fortunately someone from the management office brought a spare clicker.
