You’ll be close to rental bikes (the PACE station is just down the street) so you can ride to one of the 20-plus breweries and along the 285 miles of trails across the city. Fort Collins is designated as one of the most bike friendly cities in the USA. The Fort Collins Museum of Discovery is within a short walking distance. Natural wonders abound outside of Fort Collins. Fishing, golfing, bouldering, canoeing and camping in Lory State Park or Horsetooth Open Space. Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests offer unbeatable mountain biking and hiking! Majestic cliffs call from the Cache La Poudre River where you can kayak, raft or tube. Or just stay in our neighborhood and take a picnic, relax and watch (or take part in) kayakers and tubers along the newly built Poudre River Whitewater Park. It’s less than two blocks away from this rental, on your route to Old Town. Tubes are available in the garage if previous guests have not punctured them. We provide various coolers, lawn chairs, towels and blankets for your use. CSU is only a short two mile drive away or with a 10-minute walk to Old Town you can catch the “Max” (Rapid Transit) which will take you to the campus. Go Rams! During the winter season you can enjoy outdoor adventures such as snowshoeing, fat biking and cross country skiing. Or if the ski slopes are calling your name - the slopes are only a couple hours’ drive away.

*Additional sleeping quarters (1st floor): Queen pull-out couch in the living room. Extra mattress topper provided so you can sleep in comfort. There is a Twin over Full Bunk bed in the newly finished basement. Pack & Play available. One air mattress sleeps two and is located in the basement.
*Master Bathroom: Large walk-in shower, double vanity. Make-up mirror, blow dryer, curling iron, straightener, extra towels, vanity essentials.
*Second Bathroom (located on 2nd floor): Full tub/shower, blow dryer, extra towels, vanity essentials.

The round table seats six (7 crowded) and facilitates your conversation and allows you to reconnect about the fun you had or are going to experience while visiting Fort Collins. Adjoining bar with stools provides four additional seats. Card table and chairs on site if you need extra seating. Highchair and child booster seat available on request.
*Kitchen: Enjoy our coffee bar. Fuel up for the day ahead with a home-cooked meal prepared in our well-appointed kitchen. This spacious cooking area is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wide array of utensils. Gourmet cooking on a gas stove. A 4-burner gas grill on the patio also provides a fiery alternative. Crock pot, toaster, blender, mixer, electric skillet, waffle maker, air fryer, coffee maker and grinder, 2 sets dishes (one non-breakable to use outside) and basic cooking oils and spices are in the cabinets.
*Garage: This rental features its own private, one car garage. Street parking is also readily available.
The unit is professionally cleaned between stays and ALL linens are sanitized & laundered every time. Even the pillows are switched out so they may be aired & sanitized. This rental is smoke-free and pet-free.
