Fun House for a Friends Getaway

We stayed at the Magnolia house for the first weekend of May 2025. The house was a perfect retreat for our group and we had a wonderful extended weekend. The house is clean and well appointed. It’s part of a neighborhood with tons of character close to downtown Ft. Collins, and the colorful and lively theme provided a great atmosphere for our gathering. There were 9 in our group, but the house would comfortably host 10. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Lovely clean home, very communicative and helpful host. Beds and showers are very comfortable and we celebrated a wonderful Christmas here. The outdoor area was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!Be aware that provided dishwashing pods and trash bags may be enough only for a couple of days -- we had to conserve heavily and wash dishes by hand during our four day stay. So you may want to bring some of your own if you're staying longer than a couple days.Our stay did not have anything to do with a winery so I'm not sure why there are required review questions about this. I gave the winery question four stars but only because I couldn't say N/A.

Beautiful home in a great area of old town. We stayed at Magnolia House for our daughter's wedding and it was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants. the home was well equipped. For the accuracy of the listing I gave four out of five stars because the home was better than the listed described. The bathrooms were luxurious in the downstairs and upstairs masters. There is no AC in the downstairs but even in the summer this was ok because the house says cool. The hot tub is off the downstairs master and there is no privacy (shades or blinds) from the bedroom. So, if others want to use the hot tub in the evening, they would be in full view of the room occupants. The kitchen has a coffee maker with a basket filter. The kitchen utensils could use an upgrade (to match the nice-ness of the home). Overall, a wonderful stay and we were all very comfortable. I hope to be back again.
