「The basement room was bad」

「The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. We were able to hear other guests in their rooms quite clearly, but other than that the inn was a comfortable stay. 」

「The problem is I did NOT get the rooms I had paid for and the manager blamed it all on the platform. Although I had booked my 2 rooms an entire month ahead of time, the manager said he could not do anything about it!!!」

「The room and bathroom was very dated and poor lighting in the bathroom. My elderly mother had white socks on and they were black from walking on the floors. Obviously haven't been cleaned in awhile. Have stayed there before a few years ago and it was ok for the money. Will not go back.」

「Outstanding view of the Harbour. The room was very comfortable and the location central to all restaurants and you can't get any closer to the port. Very convenient for cruising. Our luggage was transfered from our room directly onto the ship」
