“The property was beautiful and we loved the remote feeling. The stars were beautiful to watch at night! My only complaint is that two weeks before the reservation I asked about if a portable grill, stovetop burner or small charcoal grill was aloud and then messaged two days before and never received an answer. I did have to contact the host day of to receive the code because somehow I didn’t get an email from the host about check in and WiFi code. That was sorted out when I called instead of……

“clean, quiet location - small, but comfortable for our one night stay. host was very responsive to questions.”

“Was super and would stay again!! Just need to update information to proved WiFi. ”

“What a great property! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this shipping container home - plenty of room for two of us. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ”

“Staying in the containers was an unique, fun experience, especially traveling with children. Cleanliness was top notch and water pressure was a nice surprise. “Our stay was amazing! The property was clean and check-in/out was a breeze. Simplicity at its finest. The drive to Big Bend was easy from this location. Sat gazing on the top deck was perfection. Will definitely visit again. ”

“Very nice. Exactly how pictured”

“My husband and I came for our 31st wedding anniversary. the home is just we were looking for with a beautiful view and close to amenities in Alpine. Very cozy and worked great for our time away to relax and unwind. Highly recommend to others.”

“The place was nice and easy to get to. Hosts were friendly. No issues at all, fun place to stay if visiting Big Bend. ”

“Can’t say enough good things about Terry’s home. It was absolutely perfect for our trip to Marfa. Such a unique property in a perfect location and absolutely perfect for our group of four. The beds were so comfortable and the space was more than adequate. We were bummed about the weather not cooperating for our trip to the observatory, but the clouds parted just enough for us to have a great night of stargazing right out back in the seating area. This will be our go-to place to stay for future……

“great experience!”
