「The location is great but it needs a deep clean. The comforters need washed and it appeared sheets in one bedroom had not been washed. Mattress in the one bedroom needs replaced. Towels and face clothes provided but no hand towels so we went and purchased these. Kitchen drawers need cleaned and some dishes were not clean. Communication was wonderful.」

「Mostly as expected stay, except for three things I expected to see in a property so recently built: 1-No electric garage door opener 2- No dishwasher 3- No garbage disposal. Not dealbreakers, but it may impact others. Especially when so many similar properties in the area do have these amenities. Quiet area, but it is in a brand-new neighborhood that still has vacant lots under construction. 「Great location if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. We walked to falls while we were there. Took about 15 min.」

「Copper Penny House is like a fairy tale cottage from another time situated in a Niagara Falls neighbourhood right near Niagara parkway where you can walk by the river. Bed were comfy and there was lots of space to spread out and relax. My favourite part was the side porch overlooking the deck. It is within walking distance if you don’t mind walking for a bit, but we had a little one and it was a bit too far.
