The hotel is in a really great location just a short walk from all the main attractions and is peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was really nice and the rooms were large spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and everything was very clean. The grounds need alot of TLC and plants around the common areas need to be taken care of better. Our room was very spacious but the doors to the closet and bathroom made it look like the basement, which is was but it lost the antique look. Overall it was nice, would stay again.

We stayed in a penthouse room with a balcony, it was beautifully decorated and very clean. Showering was AMAZING! Bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was delicious! I’m so happy we stayed here for 2 nights. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Everything was great.,,only issue was the elevator was out during our stay but that wasn’t something they could fix quickly on a weekend.

Stayed here for a night while visiting Niagara Falls, and would have stayed longer if we could. The building is absolutely beautiful and the room was an unexpected surprise, it had grand elegance Bridgerton feel, while at the same time, made you feel at home. Breakfast was exquisite and every staff member was so kind and friendly. Our entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was 10/10. We will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful historic property in a quiet area just off Niagara River but within easy walk distance of attractions. Our room was elegant with an exquisite shower and good climate control. Breakfast is delicious, no matter what you choose, with pastries and coffee/tea available all day. There was even free charging station for our EV. Will be coming back.

The bnb is cute and nice enough, but our suite had some water damage on the ceiling that really could have been repaired better, especially considering the cost for the night. There also wasn’t much in the way of “amenities”, the room was pretty bare bones, and our patio could have used some upkeep in the landscaping. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the shower was really good, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with nice fruit, fresh pastries and yummy meal options, and the place was reasonably quiet considering the proximity to the falls!

The exterior grounds of the property were unkept. Dead plants left in hanging containers and pots on patio. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff excellent but the hotel exterior needs some love.

My wife and I have traveled all over the continent and this might’ve been the greatest stay we’ve had! Our room was awesome, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. The falls were within walking distance and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay again. Can’t recommend this place enough!
