"Excellent central location for exploring central Trincolomee. Well-managed and friendly, accommodating staff. Make sure to request a room with hot water and AC as not all rooms are the same. Of note, the hotel is currently in the process of adding another floor. Once completed, there will be some nice city views from the top floor rooms."

"Very happy with my stay at Havana Club. Staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process. Can’t say enough great things about them"

"Arrived at this hotel and was informed that they overbooked their rooms and we were offered a room downgrade? This is the first time this has ever happened in years of travelling. Normally a hotel will offer you an upgrade if they make a mistake Thankfully Expedia provided me with a free of charge upgrade to another nearby hotel (Havana Club Resort) Very unprofessional experience. I’ve never had a hotel make their problem my problem before. Now they have no business and a fresh 1 star review....

"Worst customer service. Hotel management team don’t bother about anything. The room was dirty , WiFi no signal inside room. It took them more than one hour to confirm my booking. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."
