“Very nice and clean”

“Breakfast was gone by the time we checked because it was past time. The front desk clerk had warned me about this Saturday evening. Oh well. Room was ok but carpet needs cleaning. ”

“Area is terrible as we drove up people were trying to approach the car on the main road. Front desk clerk was super friendly. Beds were nice but pillows were hard. 3 small hard pillows to each bed. Beds were clean but white was stained yellow. Tub was high and hard for me to get into and slippery. Tub was coming apart. Ceiling in bathroom was coming down. Blackout curtains were half hanging on. Fridge and microwave provided. We had to get an emergency hotel and this was within budget. ……

“Great location near Expo Center. Price was right. Surprisingly good room and bed. Everything worked. Will return. ”

“We had to change rooms three times during a two nights stay. First, there was no refrigerator in the unit 210. Second, there were no working TV, no coffee pods, in the unit 208. After saying so at the office, we still had to wait for a TV repair technician, the mugs were not cleaned…the only solution was for us to move back to the unit 210 where a fridge was finally installed.”

The staff was generally friendly and helpful, though I have to point out how confusing and rude it is to be on a phone call while attending to a customer right in front of you at check-in. I did appreciate that after check-in, staff helped me obtain an ironing board. ”
