「The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My parents traveled from another state only to be told they couldn’t check in early even though they knew they could. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time. So she charged us the same price for a double bed. After taking our...

The bathtub was dirty and also contained hair that was not from us. The pull out bed was also very dirty and we decided not to use it. There was also multiple occasions throughout our stay where there were pests in the kitchen cabinets and counters. The bathroom sink had a blender under it to catch the dripping water from the faucet. The kitchen sink also...
