"Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. "We had an enjoyable stay. Its a Hidden Gem. Very upscale and classy. The Chef made delicious meals. Very quiet and private. They have a nice bar onsite. The decor and ambience is top notch. We were very pleased with our stay. They have various rooms with different set-ups. I will definitely pick the luxury suite next time. Thanks for having us. "
